Natural capital is an exciting and rapidly growing area of APEM. As our team expands, we are looking to enhance our capability by appointing an Associate Director - Natural Capital.

As an Associate Director you will form part of the APEM senior management team, working within a team of environmental consultants with cross-cutting expertise in freshwater, terrestrial and marine ecology to deliver a range of projects for the water and energy industries, developers, infrastructure, environment / conservation agencies, and supporting services.

A key part of this role will be to work with APEM’s wider senior management team with a remit to lead and expand our natural capital/BNG capabilities alongside our established consultancy teams. You will work within and across a wider team of environmental practitioners to develop natural capital/BNG across the APEM business.

This is the perfect opportunity for an established and ambitious natural capital/BNG practitioner to make their mark in leading a newly established team in a highly successful and growing global environmental consultancy.

Required skills:

• Industry recognised natural capital/BNG practitioner with an established network.
• Confidence and ambition to expand and develop an existing team of consultants.
• Excellent skills and ability in report writing.
• Project management experience.
