About the role
The HR function is going through transformational change to facilitate the growing needs of the business. The HR Officer will support this change by providing an exceptional HR support function ensuring that HR operational and legislative requirements are met. The key focus of the role is to provide an efficient and cost-effective HR service to the business and to support the HR Operations Manager with all HR activities. The HR Officer will be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring that excellent service is provided in providing advice in line with company policies.
You will be an experienced HR professional who is skilled in employee relations. You will will be well versed in relevant employment legislation and be adept at providing first line HR advice. Due to the fast paced nature of the role, you must have excellent attention to detail as well as strong time management skills. Ideally you will a level 5 CIPD qualification, or will be working towards this.
Minimum of 2 year's experience in a HR role
Experience of HR support provisions
Strong knowledge of relevant HR practices and legislation
Demonstrable experience of providing advice in a HR capacity
Excellent communication skills
CIPD Level 5 qualified (desirable)
