About the role
The HR function is going through transformational change to facilitate the growing needs of the business. The HR and Systems Administrator will support this change by maximising the use of HR systems and processes.
The HR and Systems Administrator will support the setting up of a central HR Administration and Systems Service for HR, Systems, Recruitment and Training ensuring that HR administration processes and legislative requirements are fit for purpose.
This role is project based and its key focus is to utilise HR systems and processes to provide an efficient and cost-effective HR service to the business.
You will have administration experience gained in a fast-paced HR function and have experience of Applicant tracking and HR systems.
You will have an excellent attention to detail and IT skills - Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and Word and will be level 3 CIPD qualified or equivalent.
