Sean is an experienced ornithologist and project manager based in APEM’s Chester office. He has been involved in bird surveys, data analysis, reporting and impact assessments for over nine years. He is an experienced field ornithologist, having led, coordinated and undertaken surveys across Britain and overseas, including voluntary national surveys for the BTO for over 14 years. Sean is one of APEM’s lead consultants on ornithological Environmental Impact Assessments, cumulative impact assessments and Habitat Regulations Assessments, most recently leading the assessments for multiple proposed NSIP offshore wind farm developments. He is also one of APEM’s leads in stakeholder liaising, skilled in people management and communications to aid the smooth transition of projects and plans between developers, statutory agencies and other consultees.
